SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 282

SB282-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB282-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 3: delete "9" and substitute "10".

SB282-SA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 2: on lines 2, 15, 17, 22 and 25, delete "56" and substitute "57".

SB282-SA1,1,4 3. Page 3, line 12: on lines 12 and 13, delete "9" and substitute "10".

SB282-SA1,1,5 4. Page 4, line 1: delete "56" and substitute "57".

SB282-SA1,1,6 5. Page 4, line 5: delete lines 5 to 12 and substitute:

SB282-SA1,1,8 " Section 5m. 341.14 (6r) (fm) 7. of the statutes, as affected by 2005 Wisconsin Act 25, section 2247r, is amended to read:

SB282-SA1,2,2 341.14 (6r) (fm) 7. After October 1, 1998, additional authorized special groups may only be special groups designated by the department under this paragraph. The authorized special groups enumerated in par. (f) shall be limited solely to those special groups specified under par. (f) on October 1, 1998. This subdivision does not apply to the special groups specified under par. (f) 19m., 54., 55., and 56., and 57.".

SB282-SA1,2,4 6. Page 4, line 18: on lines 18 and 25, delete "$27,600" and substitute "$35,600".
