SENATE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 325

SB325-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB325-SA2,1,3 1. Page 4, line 5: after "(f)," insert "or December 31, 2008, whichever occurs first,".

SB325-SA2,1,4 2. Page 6, line 25: after that line insert:

SB325-SA2,1,11 "(d) Paragraph (a) first applies to contracts that the school board enters into, and paragraph (b) first applies to contracts that the school board approves, on or after the first day of the 12th month beginning after the month in which the department establishes the management plan under sub. (2) (a). Paragraph (c) first applies to essential drawings, calculations, and specifications submitted to the department for approval on or after the first day of the 12th month beginning after the month in which the department establishes the management plan under sub. (2) (a).".

SB325-SA2,2,3 3. Page 7, line 1: delete "If" and substitute "Beginning on the first day of the 12th month beginning after the month in which the department establishes the management plan under sub. (2) (a), if".

SB325-SA2,2,4 4. Page 9, line 24: delete "20.505 (4) (ba)" and substitute "20.505 (1) (ka)".

SB325-SA2,2,6 5. Page 11, line 4: delete "completion of its duties under paragraph (e)" and substitute "or before December 31, 2007".

SB325-SA2,2,7 6. Page 11, line 16: delete lines 16 to 21.
