SB33-SSA1-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB33-SSA1-SA3,1,3 1. Page 2, line 14: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 3, line 4, and substitute:

SB33-SSA1-SA3,1,10 "23.62 (2) (a) A If the defendant is a resident of this state, a law enforcement officer may serve a citation may be issued or served anywhere in the state by delivering a copy to the defendant personally or it shall be served by leaving a copy at the defendant's usual place of abode with a person of discretion residing therein following the procedures used for the service of a summons under s. 801.11 (1) (a) or (b) 1. or 1m. or (2) or by mailing a copy to the defendant's last-known address.
