SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 330

SB330-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB330-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: delete that line and substitute "use of motor vehicle parts, all moneys deposited under".

SB330-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

SB330-SA1,1,7 "(c) An estimate of the amount of taxes imposed under ss. 77.52 and 77.53 on the sale or use of motor vehicle parts that were actually generated in the current fiscal year.".

SB330-SA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 15: after "(a)" insert ", not to exceed the amount determined under sub. (1) (c),".
