ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 4, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 331

SB331-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB331-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete "2006" and substitute "2007".

SB331-AA4,1,4 2. Page 2, line 8: after that line, after the material inserted by senate amendment 6, as affected by senate amendment 1 to senate amendment 6, insert:

SB331-AA4,1,5 " Section 3n. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB331-AA4,1,10 (1) Funding for elimination of motor vehicle fuel tax indexing. On or before July 1, 2007, the legislature shall provide by law a funding source for this act, so that an amount equal to the amount of revenue that would have been deposited into the transportation fund if this act had not been in effect shall be deposited into the transportation fund.".
