SENATE AMENDMENT 3, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 352

SB352-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB352-SA3,1,2 1. Page 16, line 16: delete lines 16 to 25.

SB352-SA3,1,3 2. Page 17, line 1: delete lines 1 to 17 and substitute:

SB352-SA3,1,5 " Section 26m. 20.005 (3) (schedule) of the statutes: at the appropriate place, insert the following amounts for the purposes indicated: - See PDF for table

SB352-SA3, s. 27m Section 27m. 20.395 (2) (mq) of the statutes is created to read:

SB352-SA3,2,3 20.395 (2) (mq) Astronautics assistance, state funds. As a continuing appropriation, the amounts in the schedule for the state's share of spaceport projects and for the Wisconsin Aerospace Authority under subch. II of ch. 114.

SB352-SA3, s. 28m Section 28m. 20.395 (2) (mv) of the statutes is created to read:

SB352-SA3,2,8 20.395 (2) (mv) Astronautics assistance, local funds. All moneys received by the state from any local unit of government or other source for spaceports and for the Wisconsin Aerospace Authority under subch. II of ch. 114 and the loan program under s. 114.375, for such purposes.

SB352-SA3, s. 29m Section 29m. 20.395 (2) (mx) of the statutes is created to read:

SB352-SA3,2,12 20.395 (2) (mx) Astronautics assistance, federal funds. All moneys received from the federal government for spaceports and for the Wisconsin Aerospace Authority under subch. II of ch. 114, for such purposes.".

SB352-SA3,2,13 3. Page 20, line 23: delete "or (fx)" and substitute "or (fx), or (mx)".

SB352-SA3,2,14 4. Page 42, line 13: delete "(dv)" and substitute "(mv)".

SB352-SA3,2,17 5. Page 52, line 13: after "management." insert "The business plan shall also include proposed funding sources for capital expenditures by the authority, based upon of a feasibility study of potential funding sources conducted by the authority.".

SB352-SA3,2,19 6. Page 63, line 11: delete "(dq), (dv), and (dx)" and substitute "(mq), (mv), and (mx)".
