Page 2, line 12: after "indemnification." insert "This section does not apply to the manufacturers of white lead carbonate for use in residential paint or coatings, nor to the manufacturers of fungible products that, in the course of manufacturing, distributing, selling, or promoting the fungible product, knowingly engage in conduct that causes harm.".
