SB403-AA17,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB403-AA17,1,3 1. Page 62, line 16: delete lines 16 to 23 and substitute:

SB403-AA17,1,9 "2m. While going armed with a concealed weapon, enters or remains in a building that the person does not own or occupy, unless the building, or the part of the building the person enters and remains in, is posted with a sign carrying notice that a person may go armed with a concealed weapon in the building or that part of the building. This subdivision does not apply to a part of a building occupied by the state or one of its political subdivisions.".

SB403-AA17,1,11 2. Page 62, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 64, line 4.
