SB412-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB412-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: delete "November 1" and substitute "November 1 the date specified in par. (e)".

SB412-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 6: delete " 10".

SB412-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 1: delete "November 6 13" and substitute "November 6 the date specified in par. (e)".

SB412-AA1,1,8 4. Page 2, line 9: delete "November 1 10" and substitute "November 1 the date specified in par. (e)".

SB412-AA1,1,10 5. Page 2, line 13: delete "November 6 13" and substitute "November 6 the date specified in par. (e)".

SB412-AA1,1,12 6. Page 2, line 17: delete "November 1 10" and substitute "November 1 the date specified in par. (e)".

SB412-AA1,2,13 120.12 (3) (e) The first date specified in pars. (a) to (c) and the date specified in par. (d) is November 1, and the 2nd date specified in pars. (a) to (c) is November 6, unless the school board has scheduled a referendum under s. 67.05 (6a), 67.12 (12), or 121.91 (3) to be held at the general election in November of the same year. If the school board has scheduled such a referendum, the first date specified in pars. (a) to (c) and the date specified in par. (d) is November 10, and the 2nd date specified in pars. (a) to (c) is November 13.".

SB412-AA1,2,18 11. Page 3, line 7: after "for" insert ", except that, if the school board has scheduled a referendum under s. 67.05 (6a), 67.12 (12), or 121.91 (3) to be held at the general election in November of the same year, the school board shall determine the amount necessary by November 10".

SB412-AA1,2,19 12. Page 3, line 12: delete "6 13" and substitute "6".

SB412-AA1,3,2 13. Page 3, line 17: after "municipality" insert ", except that, if the school board has scheduled a referendum under s. 67.05 (6a), 67.12 (12), or 121.91 (3) to be held at the general election in November of the same year, the school district clerk shall deliver the certified statement by November 13".
