SB415-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB415-SA1,1,3 1. Page 7, line 23: delete "A wholesaler" and substitute "1. Subject to subd. 3., a wholesaler".

SB415-SA1,1,4 2. Page 8, line 3: after "territory." insert:

SB415-SA1,1,5 "2.".

SB415-SA1,1,6 3. Page 8, line 6: after that line insert:

SB415-SA1,1,11 "3. If the wholesaler and the brewer or out-of-state shipper specified in subd. 1. are the same person, in lieu of the written agreement specified in subd. 1., the wholesaler and brewer or out-of-state shipper shall maintain in writing the information specified in subd. 1. and the wholesaler and brewer or out-of-state shipper are, in this writing, subject to the restriction specified in subd. 2.".
