SB498-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB498-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 13: delete the material beginning with "A local governmental" and ending with "right-of-way." on line 14.

SB498-ASA1-AA1,1,8 2. Page 2, line 23: delete the material beginning with "In lieu of" and ending with "make" on line 24 and substitute "A local governmental unit is considered to have satisfied the requirement under par. (b) to mark the locations within the public right-of-way of all laterals connected to sewer or water facilities if the local governmental unit makes".
