SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 52

SB52-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB52-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 19: delete the material beginning with that line and ending on page 3, line 3.

SB52-SA1,1,6 2. Page 3, line 14: delete lines 14 and 15 and substitute "has a net gain of 100 full-time employees in this state in any taxable year beginning after December 31, 2005, and before January 1, 2008,".

SB52-SA1,1,7 3. Page 3, line 20: after "of" insert "full-time".

SB52-SA1,1,8 4. Page 4, line 18: delete lines 18 to 21.

SB52-SA1,1,11 5. Page 5, line 7: delete lines 7 and 8 and substitute "has a net gain of 100 full-time employees in this state in any taxable year beginning after December 31, 2005, and before January 1, 2008,".
