SB581-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB581-SA2,1,6 1. Page 5, line 22: after "applicant" insert "that is contingent on the completion of a criminal history search of the applicant that does not disclose any information that would disqualify the applicant from employment. Except as permitted under s. 111.335, no employer may refuse to hire or employ an applicant from whom the employer has solicited a social security number under this section".
