SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 606

SB606-SSA2-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB606-SSA2-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete for adoption with an" and substitute "with a foster parent,".

SB606-SSA2-SA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 3: delete "fit and willing".

SB606-SSA2-SA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 7: after "appropriate." insert "In this paragraph, "sibling" means a person who is a brother or sister of the child, whether by blood, marriage, or adoption, including a person who was a brother or sister of a child before the person was adopted or parental rights to the person were terminated.".

SB606-SSA2-SA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 21: after "sibling" insert ", as defined in s. 48.38 (4) (br),".

SB606-SSA2-SA1,1,10 5. Page 4, line 2: delete "fit and willing".

SB606-SSA2-SA1,2,4 6. Page 4, line 6: after "appropriate." insert "In this paragraph, "sibling" means a person who is a brother or sister of a juvenile, whether by blood, marriage, or adoption, including a person who has a brother or sister of a juvenile before the person was adopted or parental rights to the person were terminated.".
