SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 64

SB64-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB64-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

SB64-SA1,1,6 "(2m) Ho-Chunk Nation Indian gaming payments. Notwithstanding section 569.06 of the statutes, all Indian gaming receipts, as defined in section 569.01 (1m) of the statutes, received from the Ho-Chunk Nation in fiscal year 2004-05 shall be deposited in the general fund.".

SB64-SA1,1,7 2. Page 3, line 11: after that line insert:

SB64-SA1,1,12 "(5m) Medical Assistance trust fund; general fund transfer. Notwithstanding the limitation under section 25.77 (intro.) of the statutes concerning content of the Medical Assistance trust fund, there is transferred in fiscal year 2004-05 from the general fund to the Medical Assistance trust fund the amount of any moneys deposited into the general fund under Section 9130 (2m) of this act.".
