SB655-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB655-SA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "families" insert "and recalling enrolled Senate Joint Resolution 53 for further action by the legislature".

SB655-SA2,1,4 2. Page 4, line 13: after that line insert:

SB655-SA2,1,5 " Section 1m. Nonstatutory provisions.

SB655-SA2,1,9 (1) Recall of enrolled Senate Joint Resolution 53. Enrolled 2005 Senate Joint Resolution 53, relating to providing that only a marriage between one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state, is recalled for further action by the legislature at the amendable stage.".
