SR2-SA2,1,3 " Section 23m. Senate rule 24m is created to read:

SR2-SA2,1,8 Senate Rule 24m. Executive action by ballot. A committee, other than the committee on senate organization, may not take executive action on any proposal, amendment, or appointment by polling the members of the committee. The committee on senate organization may take executive action by polling the members of the committee at any time the chairperson deems it appropriate to do so.".
