SR2-SA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

SR2-SA5,1,3 1. Page 11, line 18: delete "rules 41 (1) (e) and 46" and substitute "rule 41 (1) (e)".

SR2-SA5,1,4 2. Page 11, line 19: delete "(2) (c)".

SR2-SA5,1,6 3. Page 16, line 15: delete "rules 41 (1) (e) and 46 (2) (c)" and substitute "rule 41 (1) (e)".

SR2-SA5,1,7 4. Page 19, line 5: delete lines 5 to 14.
