ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 5, TO ASSEMBLY SUBSTITUTE AMENDMENT 2, TO ASSEMBLY BILL 1

AB1-ASA2-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB1-ASA2-AA5,1,3 1. Page 2, line 24: delete the material beginning with "venue" and ending with "offenses," on page 3, line 1.

AB1-ASA2-AA5,1,7 2. Page 13, line 2: delete the material beginning with "Forfeiture" and ending with "county." on line 9 and substitute "Forfeiture actions brought by the board shall be brought in the circuit court for the county wherein the violation is alleged to occur.".

AB1-ASA2-AA5,1,9 3. Page 14, line 13: delete "15., and 16. and 978.05 (1)" and substitute "and 16.".

AB1-ASA2-AA5,1,11 4. Page 15, line 3: delete the material beginning with "If" and ending with "county." on line 10.
