SB1-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB1-AA1,1,7 1. Page 18, line 16: after "4." insert "If the board, during the course of an investigation, discovers evidence of a potential violation of the federal Internal Review Code by a nonprofit organization or by an elective officer, board member, or employee of a nonprofit organization, the board shall provide its preliminary findings concerning the potential violation to the federal internal revenue service.".
