ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 2, TO SENATE BILL 1

January 30, 2007 - Offered by Representatives Kessler, Black and Cullen.

SB1-AA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 2, as follows:

SB1-AA2,1,4 1. Page 2, line 24: delete the material beginning with "venue" and ending with "offenses," on page 3, line 1.

SB1-AA2,1,8 2. Page 13, line 2: delete the material beginning with "Forfeiture" and ending with "county." on line 9 and substitute "Forfeiture actions brought by the board shall be brought in the circuit court for the county wherein the violation is alleged to occur.".

SB1-AA2,1,10 3. Page 14, line 13: delete "15., and 16. and 978.05 (1)" and substitute "and 16.".

SB1-AA2,1,12 4. Page 15, line 3: delete the material beginning with "If" and ending with "county." on line 10.

SB1-AA2,2,3 5. Page 17, line 20: delete the material beginning with "alleged violator resides" and ending with "county." on line 24 and substitute "violation is alleged to occur.".
