AB134-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB134-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 19: delete "that has total project costs" and substitute "for which the cost of construction, utilities, and rights-of-way is".

AB134-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 1: after "million" insert ", as adjusted under par. (f),".

AB134-AA1,1,5 3. Page 3, line 9: after "million," insert "as adjusted under par. (f),".

AB134-AA1,1,6 4. Page 4, line 1: after "total" insert "estimated".

AB134-AA1,1,7 5. Page 4, line 4: after that line insert:

AB134-AA1,1,12 "(f) Beginning on the first day of the 13th month beginning after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], and annually thereafter, the department shall adjust the dollar amounts specified in pars. (b) and (c) in proportion to any change in the cost of construction, utilities, and rights-of-way since the effective date of this paragraph.".
