AB144-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB144-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 10: delete "officer" and substitute "officer agent".

AB144-AA2,1,3 2. Page 3, line 12: after that line insert:

AB144-AA2,1,4 " Section 2d. 946.42 (1) (a) 1. bm. of the statutes is created to read:

AB144-AA2,1,6 946.42 (1) (a) 1. bm. Actual custody or authorized physical control of a correctional officer.".

AB144-AA2,1,7 3. Page 3, line 13: substitute "Section 2e" for "Section 2".

AB144-AA2,1,8 4. Page 3, line 22: delete "officer" and substitute "agent".
