AB162-AA1,1,3 " Section 2m. 946.415 (2) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB162-AA1,1,5 946.415 (2) (b) Retreats or remains in a building or place and, through Through action or threat, attempts to prevent the officer from taking him or her into custody.".
