2tax exemption for corn used for fuel and sold for residential use.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:

AB171-ASA1, s. 1 3Section 1. 77.54 (30) (a) 1m. of the statutes is created to read:

AB171-ASA1,1,44 77.54 (30) (a) 1m. Corn used for fuel and sold for residential use.

AB171-ASA1, s. 2 5Section 2. Effective date.

AB171-ASA1,1,76 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 2nd month beginning after
7publication.
