AB174-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB174-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: delete "hybrid motor" and substitute "hybrid-electric".

AB174-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 5: delete lines 5 and 6 and substitute:

AB174-AA1,1,5 "71.07 (5i) Fuel efficient hybrid-electric vehicles credit. (a) Definitions. In this subsection:

AB174-AA1,1,6 1. "Claimant" means a person who files a claim under this subsection.

AB174-AA1,1,10 2. "Hybrid-electric vehicle" means a vehicle that has a chemically fueled internal combustion engine that is capable of operating on gasoline, one or more alternative fuels, or diesel fuel, or by means of a gas turbine, and is also equipped with an electric motor for propulsion and an energy storage device.".
