AB195-AA2,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB195-AA2,1,4 " Section 2m. Effective date.

AB195-AA2,1,6 (1) This act takes effect on the day after publication, or on the day after publication of the 2007-09 biennial budget act, whichever is later.".
