AB207-ASA1-AA14,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB207-ASA1-AA14,1,2 1. Page 5, line 11: delete lines 11 and 12 and substitute:

AB207-ASA1-AA14,1,3 "(i) "Franchise fee" has the meaning given in 47 USC 542 (g).".

AB207-ASA1-AA14,1,4 2. Page 5, line 13: delete lines 13 to 15 and substitute:

AB207-ASA1-AA14,1,6 "(j) 1. "Gross receipts" means all revenues from a video service provider's provision of video service in a municipality, including all of the following:".

AB207-ASA1-AA14,1,7 3. Page 5, line 24: before that line insert:

AB207-ASA1-AA14,1,9 "hm. Any advertising commissions paid to an affiliate of the video service provider for advertising over the video service network of the video service provider.

AB207-ASA1-AA14,1,10 im. Video service provider fees that are passed on to subscribers.
