AB207-ASA1-AA16,1,2 1. Page 17, line 20: after that line insert:

AB207-ASA1-AA16,1,9 "(bm) Additional PEG channels. In addition to the channel capacity required under par. (a), an interim cable operator or video service provider shall provide channel capacity for one additional PEG channel each time that the nonrepeated video programming televised on a PEG channel for which channel capacity is required under par. (a) or this paragraph exceeds 56 hours per week as measured on a quarterly basis. Any channel capacity required under this paragraph may not be used for any purpose other than for televising programming for a PEG channel.".
