AB207-ASA1-AA18,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB207-ASA1-AA18,1,2 1. Page 18, line 10: delete lines 10 to 17 and substitute:

AB207-ASA1-AA18,2,3 "a. Ensure that all transmissions, content, and programming to be carried by the interim cable operator or video service provider on the PEG channel are provided or submitted in a manner or form that is compatible with the video service network utilized by the interim cable operator or video service provider to deliver video service, if the municipality produces or maintains such transmissions, content, and programming in that manner or form. If the municipality does not produce or maintain such transmissions, content, and programming in that manner or form, the municipality may provide or submit the transmissions, content, and programming in a manner or form that is standard in the industry, and the interim cable operator or video service provider is responsible for any changes in the manner or form of the transmissions, content, and programming that are necessary to make the manner or form compatible with the video service network utilized by the interim cable operator or video service provider to deliver video service.".
