AB207-ASA1-AA19,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB207-ASA1-AA19,1,3 1. Page 25, line 21: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 26, line 4, and substitute:

AB207-ASA1-AA19,1,8 "(10m) Rate regulation. The public service commission shall promulgate rules establishing requirements and procedures for the public service commission to approve rates of video service providers for video service. The rules shall require the public service commission to approve rates that the commission finds are reasonable and in the public interest.".

AB207-ASA1-AA19,1,10 2. Page 37, line 12: after "(4)" insert "or its activities under the rules promulgated under s. 66.0420 (10m)".
