AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,2 1. Page 15, line 8: after that line insert:

AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,5 "(4m) Rate discounts. An interim cable operator or a video service provider shall give a 10 percent discount on rates for cable service or video service to an individual who is at least 65 years old.".

AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,6 2. Page 42, line 2: after that line insert:

AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,7 " Section 70m. Initial applicability.

AB207-ASA1-AA21,1,9 (1m) The treatment of section 66.0420 (4m) of the statutes first applies to rates charged on the effective date of this subsection.".
