AB207-ASA1-AA23,1,2 1. Page 27, line 2: after that line insert:

AB207-ASA1-AA23,1,6 "(14) Exemption. (a) In this subsection, "market share" means, with respect to a video service provider and a municipality, the percentage of customers of all video service providers in the municipality to which the video service provider actually provides video service.

AB207-ASA1-AA23,2,2 (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, if, immediately before the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], an incumbent cable operator was providing cable service in a municipality and no other video service provider had a market share of at least 25 percent in the municipality, then, until another video service provider has a market share of at least 25 percent in the municipality, the municipality shall continue to regulate the incumbent cable operator under s. 66.0419, 2005 stats., and the incumbent cable operator may provide cable service in the municipality as authorized by the municipality.".
