AB207-ASA1-AA29,1,3 "(d) "Video service network" has the meaning given in s. 66.0420 (2) (zb).".

AB207-ASA1-AA29,1,8 2. Page 32, line 24: after "void." insert "The commission may not find a regulation of the aesthetics of any component of a video service network unreasonable if the regulation has a reasonable and clearly defined aesthetic objective or is necessary to maintain the value of adjoining or nearby private property.".
