SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 ASSEMBLY BILL 207

AB207-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB207-SA1,1,3 1. Page 27, line 22: delete "department" and substitute "department of financial institutions".

AB207-SA1,1,4 2. Page 50, line 11: after that line insert:

AB207-SA1,1,5 " Section 69m. Fiscal changes.

AB207-SA1,1,10 (1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of financial institutions under section 20.144 (1) (g) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2007, the dollar amount is increased by $100,000 for fiscal year 2007-08 and the dollar amount is increased by $100,000 for fiscal year 2008-09 to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.".
