AB207-SA12,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB207-SA12,1,2 1. Page 17, line 16: delete lines 16 to 19 and substitute:

AB207-SA12,1,8 "3. An interim cable operator or video service provider shall provide any channel capacity for PEG channels required under this paragraph on any service tier that includes the retransmission of local television broadcast signals. Each PEG channel shall be capable of carrying a television signal that meets the standards of the National Television System Committee if the interim cable operator or video service provider is technically able to do so.".
