AB207-SA14-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

AB207-SA14-AA4,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: delete lines 2 to 10 and substitute:

AB207-SA14-AA4,1,4 "1c. Page 13, line 9: delete lines 9 to 11 and substitute "cable operators are required to provide channel capacity in the municipality, and the percentage of".

AB207-SA14-AA4,1,6 1g. Page 18, line 21: delete lines 21 and 22 and substitute "any PEG channel until the 90th day after the municipality provides such".

AB207-SA14-AA4,1,9 1n. Page 21, line 15: delete lines 15 to 17 and substitute "percentage of the video service provider's gross receipts that is specified in par. (b). A video service provider shall remit the fee to the municipality no later than".

AB207-SA14-AA4,1,11 1r. Page 23, line 23: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 25, line 4, and substitute:

AB207-SA14-AA4,2,9 "(em) PEG channel support fee. A municipality may, by ordinance, for the purpose of supporting PEG channels, require an interim cable operator or video service provider to pay the municipality a fee equal to no more than 1 percent of the video service provider's annual gross receipts. If an interim cable operator pays a franchise fee to a municipality, the interim cable operator shall pay any fee required under this paragraph at the time that the interim cable operator pays the franchise fee to the municipality. A video service provider shall pay a fee required under this paragraph at the time that the video service provider pays a video service provider fee to the municipality.".
