AB207-SA18,1,13 4"(am) The department of financial institutions may promulgate rules requiring
5interim cable operators and video service providers to provide information that the
6department determines is necessary to enable the department to prepare the report
7required under sub. (14m). The department may withhold from public inspection
8any information submitted under the rules by an interim cable operator or video
9service provider that would aid a competitor of the interim cable operator or video
10service provider, unless the department determines that the public interest in
11making the information available to the public outweighs the interim cable
12operator's or video service provider's business interest in withholding the
13information.".

AB207-SA18,2,7 2"(14m) Annual report. No later than June 30 of each year, the department
3shall submit a report to the appropriate standing committees of the legislature under
4s. 13.172 (3) on the impact that the enactment of this section has had on the markets
5for video service in this state. The report shall include the department's
6quantification of any benefits that have accrued to consumers as a result of the
7enactment of this section.".
