ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 ASSEMBLY BILL 21

AB21-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB21-AA1,1,3 1. Page 6, line 8: after "s. 101.91 (2)" insert "and includes any additions, attachments, annexes, foundations, and appurtenances".

AB21-AA1,1,6 2. Page 6, line 13: delete lines 13 and 14 and substitute "to be so used; has the meaning given in s. 101.91 (10) and includes any additions, attachments, annexes, foundations, and appurtenances".

AB21-AA1,1,8 3. Page 12, line 12: after "homes" insert "and recreational vehicles, as defined in s. 340.01 (48r),".

AB21-AA1,1,9 4. Page 12, line 15: after "home" insert "or recreational vehicle".

AB21-AA1,1,10 5. Page 14, line 8: after " on" insert "recreational".

AB21-AA1,1,11 6. Page 17, line 3: delete lines 3 and 4 and substitute:

AB21-AA1,1,12 " Section 42m. 70.111 (19) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB21-AA1,2,5 70.111 (19) (b) Recreational mobile homes, as defined in s. 66.0435 (1) (hm), and recreational vehicles, as defined in s. 340.01 (48r). The exemption under this paragraph also applies to steps and a platform, not exceeding 50 square feet, that lead to a doorway of a recreational mobile home or a recreational vehicle, but does not apply to any other addition, attachment, deck, or patio.".

AB21-AA1,2,8 8. Page 22, line 16: after that line insert:

AB21-AA1,2,10 9. Page 24, line 21: after that line insert:

AB21-AA1,2,11 " Section 55m. 77.54 (31) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB21-AA1,2,15 77.54 (31) The gross receipts from the sale of and the storage, use or other consumption in this state, but not the lease or rental, of used mobile homes that are primary housing units under s. 340.01 (29) and used manufactured homes under s. 340.01 (27m).".

AB21-AA1,2,18 10. Page 26, line 22: delete lines 22 and 23 and substitute "vehicle of Type 1 automobiles, as defined in s. 340.01 (4) (a); of mobile homes, as defined in s. 340.01 (29) recreational vehicles, as defined in s. 340.01 (48r); of".

AB21-AA1,2,20 11. Page 51, line 10: delete "day of the 18th month" and substitute "January 1".
