AB218-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB218-AA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 6: after that line insert:

AB218-AA1,1,7 "(dm) "Certified debt specialist" means an individual certified by a training program or certifying organization, approved by the division, that authenticates the competence of individuals providing education and assistance to debtors as part of the initial enrollment for debt-management services offered by a person that does not hold money for individuals with whom agreements are made.".

AB218-AA1,1,8 2. Page 8, line 4: after that line insert:

AB218-AA1,1,10 "5. Not an account held by a person other than a provider or affiliate of a provider.".

AB218-AA1,1,11 3. Page 8, line 14: delete "creditors, unless the" and substitute "creditors.".
