AB260-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB260-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: delete "or a violent offense" and substitute "or of certain homicide offenses".

AB260-AA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 1: delete "violent offense, as defined in s. 301.048".

AB260-AA1,1,6 3. Page 3, line 2: delete "(2) (bm) 1.," and substitute "violation of s. 940.01, 940.02, 940.03, or 940.05".

AB260-AA1,1,8 4. Page 3, line 3: delete that line and substitute "state that would be a violation of s. 940.01, 940.02, 940.03, or 940.05 if committed".

AB260-AA1,1,9 5. Page 3, line 4: delete "violent offense" and substitute "violation".
