AB266-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

AB266-AA1,1,3 " Section 1. 289.41 (3) (a) 3. of the statutes is amended to read:

AB266-AA1,1,9 289.41 (3) (a) 3. An established escrow account, the assets of which may include securities issued by the federal government or debt securities that are issued by a commission, board, agency, or other instrumentality of the federal government and that have a rating that is the highest rating category assigned by Standard & Poor's corporation, Moody's investors service, or other similar nationally recognized rating agency.".

AB266-AA1,1,10 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".

AB266-AA1,1,11 3. Page 2, line 3: after "government or" insert "debt securities that are issued".

AB266-AA1,2,3 4. Page 2, line 4: after "government" insert "and that have a rating that is the highest rating category assigned by Standard & Poor's corporation, Moody's investors service, or other similar nationally recognized rating agency".
