AB275-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB275-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete "heart or respiratory".

AB275-AA1,1,5 2. Page 1, line 4: delete that line and substitute "a myocardial infarction or a cerebrovascular accident that occurred while the fire fighter was actively engaged in the rendering of fire fighter services arose out of the fire".

AB275-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 8: delete "heart or respiratory impairment".

AB275-AA1,1,10 4. Page 2, line 9: delete lines 9 and 10 and substitute "a myocardial infarction or a cerebrovascular accident that occurred while the fire fighter was actively engaged in the rendering of fire fighter services, that finding shall be presumptive evidence that the myocardial infarction or cerebrovascular".
