AB282-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB282-AA1,1,4 21. Page 2, line 3: delete "Whoever intentionally causes bodily harm or
3threatens" and substitute "Whoever intentionally causes No person may
4intentionally cause bodily harm or threaten".

AB282-AA1,1,6 52. Page 2, line 7: delete " under all of the following circumstances is guilty" and
6substitute "is guilty".

AB282-AA1,1,8 73. Page 2, line 8: delete "of a Class I felony.:" and substitute " of a Class I felony.
8under all of the following circumstances:".

AB282-AA1,1,9 94. Page 2, line 18: after that line insert:

AB282-AA1,1,10 10" Section 4m. 940.20 (5) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB282-AA1,1,1211 940.20 (5) (c) 1. A person who intentionally causes bodily harm in violation of
12par. (b) is guilty of a Class I felony.

AB282-AA1,2,2

12. A person who threatens to cause bodily harm in violation of par. (b) is guilty
2of a Class A misdemeanor.".
