AB321-SA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 7: after "and" insert "qualified".

AB321-SA2,1,3 2. Page 9, line 12: delete "Emergency" and substitute "Qualified emergency".

AB321-SA2,1,7 3. Page 9, line 14: after "supplies" insert "that meet the standards for safety and quality established by federal or state law, regulation, or rule, that are not defective, and that have not been recalled by the consumer products safety commission".

AB321-SA2,1,8 4. Page 10, line 5: after "of" insert "qualified".
