AB360-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB360-AA3,1,2 1. Page 2, line 3: delete lines 3 to 9 and substitute:

AB360-AA3,1,3 "(a) 1. "Conspicuous disclosure" includes all of the following:

AB360-AA3,1,5 a. A disclosure printed on a sleeve or other packaging to which a gift obligation is attached or in which a gift obligation is enclosed.

AB360-AA3,1,6 b. A disclosure printed directly on a gift obligation.

AB360-AA3,1,8 2. "Conspicuous disclosure" does not include any of the following or any combination of the following:

AB360-AA3,1,10 a. A disclosure available on an Internet Web site, except with respect to a gift obligation sold at an Internet Web site.

AB360-AA3,1,11 b. A disclosure made available by telephone.

AB360-AA3,1,12 c. A disclosure available at a physical address.

AB360-AA3,2,1 d. A disclosure made available by mail.".
