AB381-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: delete "research or product development" and substitute "qualified research, as defined in section 41 (d) of the Internal Revenue Code,".

AB381-ASA1-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 7: delete "July 1, 2007" and substitute "the first day of the 2nd month beginning after publication".
