AB457-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB457-AA1,1,4 1. Page 1, line 3: after "Grove" insert "and creating a limited exception for the maximum allowable amount of certain values that are used in calculations regarding tax incremental districts in the city of Beloit".

AB457-AA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

AB457-AA1,1,6 " Section 2m. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB457-AA1,1,10 (1) City of Beloit tax incremental districts. With regard to resolutions adopted by the city of Beloit common council on September 4, 2007, to which section 66.1105 (4) (gm) 4. c. of the statutes applies, the 12 percent limit described in section 66.1105 (4) (gm) 4. c. of the statutes does not apply.".
