AB495-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB495-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: delete "The department" and substitute "(a) Except as provided in par. (b), the department".

AB495-AA2,1,4 2. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

AB495-AA2,1,8 "(b) The department is not required to publish the notice specified under par. (a) if a zoning ordinance requires the publication of a notice of the proposed construction of a liquefied petroleum gas installation that uses containers of 15,000 gallons or larger water capacity.".
