(5) Notwithstanding sub. (4), a state agency may use any format for its
5report. If a state agency uses a format for a report that is different from the format
6that the state agency used for one or more previous reports, the state agency shall
7reissue all previous reports in the new format.

916.43 Budget compiled. The secretary shall compile and submit to the
10governor or the governor-elect and to each person elected to serve in the legislature
11during the next biennium, not later than November 20 of each even-numbered year,
1a compilation giving all of the data required by s. 16.46 to be included in the state
2budget report, except the recommendations of the governor and the explanation
3thereof. The secretary shall not include in the compilation any provision for the
4development or implementation of an information technology development project
5for an executive branch agency that is not consistent with the strategic plan of the
6agency, as approved under s. 16.976. The secretary may distribute the budget
7compilation in printed or optical disk format.
As part of the budget compilation, the
8secretary shall also submit the base budget review reports under s. 16.423 for the
9current fiscal biennium and the most recent statements submitted under s. 16.42 (1)
10(b) for each state agency.
